* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Beatrice Lehman
Beatrice "Bea" Lehman, 93, of Saint Marys, died 12:52 P.M. Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at her residence.
She was born May 31, 1931, in Buckland, Ohio, the daughter of Clifford and Helen (Rupert) Spees. She married Bernard "Bud" Lehman on September 3, 1950, at the Buckland United Church of Christ, and he preceded her in death on February 17, 2020.
She is survived by her daughter: Lynda (James) Cooper of Saint Marys; by her four grandchildren: Peter Gibson of Tennessee; Angela Phillips of Arizona; Julia (Andy) Hanson of Montana; Carla (Nathan) Carey of Alaska. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and another one on the way. She is survived by her older sister, Geraldine Murphy of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughter, Cathy (Paul) Gibson; by her sister, Virginia Wierwille; her brother, Walter Spees.
Bea was a 1949 graduate of Buckland High School. She also attended Ohio Northern University and Wright State University. She retired from West Ohio Gas Company in Lima, where she was a credit and collections supervisor; she later worked as a floor supervisor at JC Penney in Celina.
She enjoyed volunteering at her church, Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys, and also in the dialysis unit at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. She loved people, being active and helping others.
Graveside funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 23, 2024, the Reverend Rhonda Hainer, officiant.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the St. Paul's United Church of Christ Childrens' Ministry Fund.
