Robert J. Lammers, age 83, of Minster, Ohio, died on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Ohio Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit, Troy, Ohio.

He was born on July 25, 1941 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Wilbur & Rose Alma (Fullenkamp) Lammers. He married Dorothy M. Schmiesing on April 3, 1961 in St. Augustine Church, Minster. She survives in Minster.

He is also survived by children: William & Christina Lammers, Hot Springs Village, AR, Michael Lammers, Minster, James & Kate Lammers, Minster, Brian & Beth Lammers, Cincinnati, 14 grandchildren: Matthew, Kevin, Melissa Hubbs, Blake, Luke, Nathan (dec) Lammers, Emily Hebein, Owen, Kyle, Laura, Will, Anthony, Max & Mary Lammers, 8 great grandchildren: Elliott, Sam, Charlie, Eleanor, Archibald, Charlotte Lammers, Helen Hubbs & Henry Hebein siblings: John & Cyndi Lammers, Minster, Anne & Larry Larger, Minster, in-laws: James & Marilyn Schmiesing, Castle Pines CO, Robert & Sue Schmiesing, Minster, Anne & Richard Robbins, Boulder, CO, Richard Schmiesing & Susannah, Ecuador.

Bob was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster American Legion, Minster Historical Association, Minster F.O.E. #1391, Lake Loramie Improvement Association, Minster Knights of Columbus, and was 2021 Minster Citizen of the Year. Bob was retired from Midmark Corporation and a veteran of the US Air Force.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM Saturday, February 22, 2025 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio. Burial with full military honors will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 3 PM to 7 PM and on Saturday, February 22, from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ohio Hospice of Miami County and Minster Historical Association.
