Virginia K. Remaklus, age 80 of Coldwater, Ohio, died peacefully Monday, February 17, 2025, at The Gardens of Celina. She was born on September 8, 1944 in Celina, to the late Austin & Loretta (Schulte) Remaklus.

She is survived by her siblings and in-laws, Pat & Marvin Post of Coldwater, Shirley Koesters of Coldwater, Sue Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, Betty & Ernie Schoenlein of Portland, Jim Remaklus of Coldwater, and Joan & Moe Voskuhl of Coldwater, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by in-laws, George Koesters, Dick Muhlenkamp, and Alice Remaklus, and a nephew, Dan Schoenlein.

Virginia retired from Reynolds & Reynolds. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church and the Coldwater Eagles. She loved her bus trips to watch the Cincinnati Reds play, following Coldwater High School athletics, collecting Precious Moments figures, and crocheting pot holders and blankets. She will be remembered as a very kind and giving person, especially to her nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

Friends may call on Thursday, February 20, from 3:30 PM to 6 PM and on Friday from 9 AM to 10 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
