* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Kenneth Roth
Kenneth "Kicker Ken" Roth, 64, of Kettlersville, Ohio, died 11:47 P.M. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Lima Memorial Hospital, after a long battle with cancer.
He was born October 10, 1960, in Saint Marys, the son of Robert and Janice (Marker) Roth.
He is survived by his siblings: Bob (Joyce) Roth of Saint Marys; Dennis Roth of Kettlersville; Terry Roth of Saint Marys; Christine (Jeff) Knatz of Sanders, Kentucky; Jeffrey (Andrea) Roth of Findlay; Michael (Nicole) Roth of Hebron, Kentucky. Ken is also survived by his former wife, Pam Neargarder Faller, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Kenny was a 1980 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He was a tool maker, and retired after 34 years of service at New Bremen Machine and Tool Company. Ken was a good athlete in high school and wrestled and played Roughrider football. He was an avid antique collector and enjoyed working on cars and other projects, and loved spending time with his many friends and family. He missed the companionship of his beloved dog, Missy, who died when she was 18. Kenny and his close friend "Fast Eddie" Backs had attended every single Country Concert in Fort Loramie, and it was there that he earned his nickname, "Kicker Ken". He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Glynwood.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 15, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Glynwood, Deacon Martin Brown, officiant. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, adjacent to the church.
Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. Friday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the Auglaize County Humane Society or to the Tailgate for Cancer.
