* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Patricia Cooke
Patricia Ann "Pat" Cooke, 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Monterey Care Center, Grove City, OH. She was born March 19, 1940, in Delaware, OH to the late George and Minnie (Slack) Heineman.
She is survived by her children: Dianne Cooke of Marion, OH; Vicki Wise & Steve Wolfe of West Mansfield, OH; Rob & Lucy Cooke of Eastpoint, FL; Randi & Jannie Cooke, of Inverness, FL; Cheryl & Brian Hogenkamp of Coldwater, OH; Cindi & Jerry Post of Orient, OH; Sandi & Shane Smith of Hartsville, SC; Chris & LaMia Cooke of Delaware, OH; Greg & Sarai Cooke of Portland, TN; and Corey & Mindy Cooke of Marengo, OH. She also has 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert Eugene "Bob" Cooke in 2013, daughter Debbie Coleman, granddaughter Chelsea Lane, and daughter-in-law Lisa Cooke.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her siblings; Paul (Dottie) Heineman, Richard Heineman, George (Kathy) Heineman, Margaret (Charles) Mead, and infant sister Frances Heineman.
Pat attended Willis High School in Delaware. She was a member of Warrensburg United Methodist Church and the Delaware Eagles Auxiliary. Her greatest passion in life was her ability to provide a nurturing environment for generations of children as a Child Care Provider. Additionally, she served in volunteer roles with the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School. She loved to travel to visit her out-of-state family.
The family would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to her caregivers and the staff at both Monterey Care Center and Bella Care Hospice of Columbus for their exceptional care over the past 16 months.
Friends may call from 12 noon to 2 pm, Monday, June 9, 2025, at Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive, Delaware. Funeral service will be at 2 pm, with Pastor Wayne Engle officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Delaware.
