* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Lisa Thobe
Lisa Ann (Katterheinrich) Thobe, age 62, of Coldwater, passed away at her home on June 24, 2025, after courageously facing over 40 years of health challenges.
She was born on December 11, 1962, in St. Marys. Lisa is survived by her father and stepmother, Gary & Sylvia Katterheinrich, and her mother, Alice Carpenter.
She is also survived by her loving children, Amy & Ryan Spriggs of Coldwater and Andy & Maggie Thobe of St. Marys; her four favorite humans; her grandchildren, Bennett, Bryson, and Bowen Spriggs, and Paige Thobe; and her former husband and the father of her children, Keith Thobe.
Lisa will be deeply missed by her siblings and in-laws, Kipp & Mary Katterheinrich of Alabama and Susie Horton of Celina, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, who supported her throughout her life.
A proud member of the New Knoxville American Legion Auxiliary, Lisa found her greatest joy in her role as a grandmother. She treasured every moment spent cheering on her grandchildren in their numerous activities.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mercer County Cancer Association or the Mercer County Council on Aging.
There will be no service or visitation per Lisa's wishes. Condolences may be shared online at hogenkampfh.com.
