Brenda Speckman
Brenda K. Speckman, 72, of Saint Marys, died 6:37 P.M. Sunday, August 24, 2025, at St. Ritas Medical Center, Lima. She was born September 17, 1952, in Celina, the daughter of Lloyd and Ruth (Burd) Hoselton.
She is survived by her two daughters: Amy Speckman Cousino of Wapakoneta; Kelly Howell of Celina; by her grandchildren: Mitchell Mabry; Olivia (Trey) Conley; Sydney Howell; Wyatt Howell; Bryce Cousino, plus a great-grandchild on the way. She is survived by her former husband, Craig Speckman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sister, Judy Hoselton Smith.
Brenda was a 1970 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys. She really loved animals and always had a bag of dog bones in her car to feed strays. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family, shopping, traveling and cheering on the OSU Buckeyes.
Funeral rites will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday, August 29, 2025, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Ed Karges, officiant.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
