* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Gary Eley
Gary E. Eley Sr., age 75, of Celina, passed away September 4th, 2025, at the Yukio Okutsu Veterans State Home in Hilo, Hawaii.
Gary was born in Celina, Ohio from parents, Robert (Bob) E. Eley and Margaret L. Eley (both deceased). He was married to
Caroline Eley (deceased). Gary served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1976 as a Comm Central Specialist, stationed at Clark Air Base, Philippines, serving in the Vietnam War, and retired once leaving the service.
He is survived by two sons, Gary E. Eley Jr. and Gene B. Eley, and two granddaughters, Alexandria M. Eley and Isabella J. Eley.
He was a son, husband, father, grandfather, devout Christian, and a steadfast serviceman in the Armed Forces up until the day he died.
Burial will be at Veterans State Park in Hilo, Hawaii.
