* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina defeats Bath to celebrate Senior Night

CELINA - After a tough weekend in falling in all three matches at Crestview's invitational, Celina looked to end the home portion of the 2025 volleyball schedule on a positive note against Bath.
The Bulldogs celebrated Senior Night for the five seniors with a 25-13, 25-14, 25-12 win to move into a tie for third in the Western Buckeye League with St. Marys at 5-2 and go to 7-13 overall. [More]

CELINA - Mercer County Commissioners gave their blessing Tuesday to a request to annex a roughly 16-acre parcel of land in Recovery Township into Fort Recovery, enabling a couple to eventually build a home and hook up to village utilities.
