* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

County buys 16-acre woods
Officials plan to add acreage to fairgrounds

CELINA - The Mercer County Commissioners plan to purchase just shy of 16 acres of wooded land in Celina Westview Park to incorporate into the Mercer County Fairgrounds.
Commissioners signed off Tuesday morning on a purchase agreement with the City of Celina for the 15.69-acre wooded lot at 0 Hierholzer St. Under the terms of the agreement, the county will buy the land for $157,000 and take possession of it on Aug. 1. [More]
