NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Michelle and Kevin Schwieterman, the owners of the Above and Beyond Daycare and Learning Center to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 802 Weis Street, Coldwater Ohio.

Applicant requests a variance for the rear yard setback of Zoning Ordinance No. 1661 for the Village Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing to construct 50'x150' gymnasium that will encroach on the 35' rear setback by 20', which requires a variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.

A public hearing will be held before the Marion Township Board of Zoning Appeals on April 24, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at the Marion Township House, 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, Ohio, for the general business of the board to consider the following: 

The Marion Township Zoning Commission has received a request from Grace Jutte to amend the zoning resolution for property currently owned by her from agricultural to residential (R-1 and R-2) and to be known as Jutte Residential Development, Lots 1 through 11.  The eleven parcel numbers are sequentially numbered 31-045400.0100 through 31-045400.1100; the parcels have not yet been given mailing addresses.
