The St. Henry Village Council passed the following:
Ordinance 1161 - authorizing the purchase of a Super Products Mud Dog 700 vacuum/hydro excavation truck; authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into and execute a contract with MTech Company.
Ordinance 1162 - accepting the best bid for the North Park Court Improvements Project; authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into and execute a contract for services with Tarkett Sports Construction-Central, LLC.
Resolution 2025-2 - making findings and determinations as permitted in Section 3735.65 to 3735.70 O.R.C.; establishing "Community Reinvestment Area # 52", Hemmelgarn Enterprises DBA Hi-Tech Wire, designating an officer to administer said tax abatement program.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2026 LIBERTY TOWNSHIP BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of June, 2025, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., a public hearing will be held on the Budget prepared by the Liberty Township Trustees of Mercer County Ohio, for the next succeeding fiscal year ending December 31st, 2026.
Such hearing will be held at the Township Building in Chatt.
