At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Mary Lou Osterholt
Mary Lou Osterholt, 85, Fort Recovery, died at 11:25 p.m. Feb. 2, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Oct. 17, 1926, in St. Henry, to William Henry and Regina (Ebbing) Ahlers. On Oct. 20, 1948, she married Edward Osterholt, who died May 20, 2007.
Surviving are a son, Andrew (Erron) Osterholt, Fort Recovery; a brother, Stanley (Vi) Ahlers, Fort Recovery; a sister-in-law, Mary Agnes Ahlers, Coldwater; and three grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Paul Ahlers and Bart Ahlers.
She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church, Philothea, and its Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality. She was a 1944 graduate of St. Henry High School and worked 10 years in the accounting and payroll department at New Idea in Coldwater. She also helped her husband farm.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Philothea.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
