At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Larry Fledderjohann
Larry Fledderjohann, 68, St. Marys, died at 9:46 p.m. Feb. 6, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Oct. 5, 1943, in Lima, to Vernon and Gladys Stroh Fledderjohann. On June 27, 1964, he married Paula Bubp, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Mark (Shelly) Fledderjohann, St. Marys, and Mike (Samantha) Fledderjohann, New Knoxville; three siblings, Linda (David) Michael, Madison, Wis., Nancy Archer, Sidney, and Jay (Dee) Fledderjohann, New Knoxville; a sister-in-law, Carol (Norval) Kohlhorst, Maumee; a brother-in-law, Gene (Eileen) Bubp, Albuquerque, N.M.; and four grandchildren.
A 1961 graduate of New Knoxville High School, he was a lifelong farmer in the family dairy was later in partnership with his brother Jay, in the Johann Acres Family Farm, assisted by son Mike.
He was a member of the Democratic Central Committee since 1983 and a member of the Democratic Executive Committee since 1990. He served many years on the Zoning Board of Appeals. He was a member of the Auglaize County Board of Elections since 2003 and had recently been re-elected to another term. He was Auglaize County Democrat of the Year in 2000.
Service is 11 a.m. Saturday at the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, the Revs. David Michael and Dennis Gaertner officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Ministry Center at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville.
Memorials may be made to the Auglaize County dog warden or New Knoxville Historical Society.
