John Leugers
John Melvin Leugers, 54, Coldwater, died Feb. 10, 2012, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton.
He was born April 5, 1957, in Celina to Othmar and Viola Fink Leugers. On March 27, 1995, he married Sherri Coats, who survives.
Also surviving are eight children, John Leugers, Coldwater, David Leugers, Coldwater, Gary Coats, Marion, Robert Freuh, Shawnee, Gregory Beougher, Venedocia, Brandon Hand, Coldwater, Harley Leugers, Coldwater, and Nichole Leugers Zahn, Coldwater; a stepdaughter, Brianna Massengill, Celina; a brother, Thomas Leugers, Dayton; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are a stepson, Larry Wine Jr., and two grandchildren.
He served in the U. S. Army and was a police officer in Union City and a security guard at Huffy Manufacturing, Celina.
Services were Feb. 19 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma.
Arrangements were handled by Lehman Hogenkamp Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
