* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Vicki Behm
Vicki D. Behm, 64, Celina, passed away at 9:56 a.m. Jan. 10, 2015, at home with her family.
She was born Aug. 12, 1950, in Decatur, Ind., to Harry Samuel and Ilo May Waldron Bell, who are deceased. On July 3, 1987, she married Charles E. "Chuck" Behm, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Tammy Gardner, Celina, Susie (Melvin) Moeller, Celina, Missy (Jim) Andrew, Celina, and Scott (Lindsey) Behm, Celina; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Sam Hemmelgarn; two brothers, Gary (Charolette "Char") Webb, Richland, Wash., and Kevin (Kim) Bell, Celina; a sister, Bonnie (Bill) Roe, Richland, Wash.; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Webb, Richland, Wash.
Deceased are a daughter, Michelle R. "Shelly" Hemmelgarn; four brothers, Dennis Brown, Terry Webb, Randy Bell and Donnie Brown; and a sister, Barbara Brown.
She was a 1968 graduate of Van Wert High School. She was formerly employed as a waitress at Molly B's, Windy Corner, Park Grand, Sunny Side and the Candlelight Inn. She was currently employed at the Auglaize-Mercer Counties YMCA.
Family was her life. She adored her grandchildren, spending time in the pool and cooking, and her favorite saying was forced family fun. She was always up for a special trip to the casino.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
