* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Terry Jeffries
Terry L. Jeffries, 64, Celina, died at 10:10 p.m. Jan. 8, 2015, at his residence.
He was born June 9, 1950, in Celina, to Donald and Rose Ann "Whitey" Bollenbacher Jeffries, who are deceased. On May 17, 2013, he married Carol Curry, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are three sons, Terry Lee Jeffries, Lima, Michael (Jennifer) Jeffries, Montezuma, and Danny (Ashley) Saunders, Celina; two daughters, Kari (Dennis) Stolzenburg, Coldwater, and Amanda (Chris) Zibrida, Coldwater; two stepdaughters, Tonya (Brent Vogel) Saunders, Rockford, and Stephanie (Chris Slone) Saunders, St. Marys; two sisters, Roxanne (Gary) Norberg, Mentor, and Kathleen (Bob) McGowan, Celina; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandchild.
He was retired from Vance St. Marys plant. He was a 1968 graduate of Celina High School and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was a member of the John Birch Society, Friends of NRA, Coonskin Cap Brigade, NRA Golden Eagles, Southside Sportsman Club, Mercer County Sportsman Club, Buckeye Firemen's Association, Gun Owners of America and Oath Keepers of the Republic. He supported Second Amendment organizations.
He was a volunteer with the Montezuma and Celina fire departments and a first responder and paramedic for the Coldwater squad.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, Pastor Ronald Hageman officiating. Burial with military rites is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
