* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Raymond Stone

Raymond C. Stone, 62, Celina, passed away at 7:01 p.m. Jan. 8, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

He was born Oct. 31, 1952, in Sidney, to Ernest R. Sr. and Loretta T. Bey Stone, who are deceased. On July 10, 1986, he married Linda J. Bertke, who survives in Celina.

Other survivors are a son, Michael J. Stone, Brookfield; a brother, Ernest R. (Priscilla) Stone Jr., North Las Vegas, Nev.; and a father-in-law, Lewis Bertke, New Bremen.

Also deceased is a mother-in-law, Rita E. Bertke.

He was a 1970 graduate of Hardin-Houston High School. He worked for many years at Sidney Grain and Machine, Sidney. His favorite hobbies included cars, woodworking and many outdoor activities.

Services are noon Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, Pastor Matt Overman officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Calling is 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
