* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Moulton, Mendon, Buckland, Neptune, Tama, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Kossuth and Chattanooga.

James Fast
James "Jim" L. Fast, 64, of Celina passed away at James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, OH on July 25, 2016 at 9:58 pm.
He was born January 14, 1952 in Celina. He married Sara Miller Rayborn on January 7, 1999, and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his mother, Marie Prate Fast, St. Marys; three sons, Eric (Victoria Jennings) Fast, Orlando, FL, Jeff (Michelle) Rayborn, Tipp City, OH, and Kevin (Lauren) Rayborn, Chicago, IL; a sister-in-law, Sherry Fast, Sidney, OH; a brother-in-law, Steve Miller, Rossburg, OH; three grandchildren, Miley, Joslyn, and Jackson Rayborn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Fast, Sr., a child that died before birth, Mitchell Fast; and two brothers, William Fast, Jr., and Michael Fast.
Jim was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber in 2007 after 37 years of service.
Jim loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, archery, traveling and watching the OSU football. He was a member of the Celina Moose and Celina Eagles Lodge #1291.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 29, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Pastor Ron Hoeksema officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens, Greenville, OH.
