* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Jeffery Huelskamp
Jeffery S. "Cat" Huelskamp, 65, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 18, 2021. He was born on October 24, 1955, in Piqua, Ohio, to the late Arthur and Janice (Byrum) Huelskamp.
In addition to his parents, Cat was preceded in death by his son, Michael S. Huelskamp; his sister, Beth Ann Huelskamp; and his beloved cat, PPMB.
Cat was a 1973 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Fort Recovery and Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. His cats where his pride and joy, and he loved playing with Boy Cat. In his free time, Cat enjoyed fishing, hunting, and hanging out with his close friends.
Cat is survived by his sisters, Cindy Marie (Jim) Judy of Frisco, Texas, and Dawn Jutte of Fort Recovery; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Cat will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Animal Protection League of Mercer County or Ft. Recovery Friends of the Opera House.
