Ordinance 1736 - An ordinance authorizing the sale of property located at 130 Terrace Avenue to the People's Bank Company.
Ordinance 1737 - An ordinance authorizing and directing the CIC to sell and convey property which is owned by the Village of Coldwater.
Ordinance 1738 - An ordinance authorizing the conveyance of property located at 4250 Fleetfoot Road to the CIC.

MERCER COUNTY ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENTS BY FINANCIAL DEVICE
Mercer County intends to request proposals for the provision of payments by financial devices for the purpose of offering customers of the Mercer County Sanitary Department alternative payment methods. Requests for proposals will be mailed on or after the 9th day of August, 2024. Vendors interested in receiving the Request for Proposals may request a proposal by calling the office of the Mercer County Commissioners at 419-586-3178 not later than noon on the date listed above.

The property being considered for the zoning change includes 19.39 acres and is Parcel No. 02-014600.0304 in Butler Township and is contiguous to S.R. 219 and next to the Dollar General Store. The Trustees will consider the request and hear public comment at that time.
