The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, June 26, 2025, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main St. (second floor In the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following request(s):

The first item is a request from Mike Kerns for a site plan review for 500 W. Logan Street, requesting a new building be put on lot for car sales and service. Zoning is B-1.

For additional information, please stop by the Celina Engineering office at 308 Portland Street or call 419-586-1144. The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.

In accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture has issued a final Permit to Install and Permit to Operate for Thunder Poultry.

The final Permit may be appealed. The notice of Appeal and the filing fee as may be required must be sent to: The Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC), 30 East Broad Street 4th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215, (614-466-8950) by 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2025. Questions regarding the appeal process may be directed to ERAC. A copy of the appeal must be served on the director of agriculture within three days after filing the appeal with ERAC.

The St. Henry Village Council passed the following:

Ordinance 1163 - authorizing the Village Administrator of the Village of St. Henry, Ohio, to enter into and execute a contract for services with Maharg's Trash Service.

Ordinance 1164 - authorizing the Mayor for the Village of St. Henry, Ohio to enter into a Mutual Aid and Assistance Agreement and execute any corresponding documents.

Resolution 2025-3 - adopting the solid waste management plan update for the Mercer County Solid Waste Management District.

Resolution 2025-4 - authorizing the tentative award of the Various Street Repairs - 2025 Project to Wagner Paving, Inc.; authorizing the Village Administrator of the Village of St. Henry, Ohio to enter into the contract and execute any corresponding documents.

Ordinance 1162 - accepting the best bid for the North Park Court Improvements Project; authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into and execute a contract for services with Tarkett Sports Construction-Central, LLC.

Resolution 2025-2 - making findings and determinations as permitted in Section 3735.65 to 3735.70 O.R.C.; establishing "Community Reinvestment Area # 52", Hemmelgarn Enterprises DBA Hi-Tech Wire, designating an officer to administer said tax abatement program.

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June, 2025, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. a public hearing will be held on the Budget prepared by the Village of Montezuma of Mercer County, Ohio for the next succeeding fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
