PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is accepting comments on a draft Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal for the facility called "Muhlenkamp Farms Ltd. which is located at 5924 State Route 49, Fort Recovery, OH 45846 in Mercer County, Washington Township in the Upper Wabash Watershed. If the final permit is issued, the PTO would be valid for five years.
A copy of the draft permit can be obtained by completing a public records request using the following link: https://agri.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/oda/divisions/legal-office/public-records-site-area. Any person may submit written comments and/or request a public meeting on the draft permit. A request for a public meeting must be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the public meeting. Comments and/or public meeting requests must be received by the DLEP office no later than 5 p.m. on July 31, 2024. Comments can either be mailed to: Ohio Department of Agriculture, Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting, 8995 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 or emailed to lepp@agri.ohio.gov. Comments received after this date will not be considered. A public meeting will be held when required by OAC 901:10-6-04(C) and may be held where authorized by OAC 901:10-6-01(D). Persons have a right to provide a written or oral statement for the record at the public meeting, if a meeting is scheduled.
The Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting maintains an "interested parties" list for each Ohio county as well as a statewide list for notification of all draft permits. Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of July, 2024. at 8:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held on the Budget prepared by the Washington Township Trustees of Mercer County, Ohio, for the next succeeding fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Such hearing will be held at the office of the Washington Township Trustees, 1474 St. Anthony Road, Coldwater, OH.

BUTLER TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

A public hearing will be held before the Butler Township Zoning Commission on July 8, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio, for the general business of the board and to consider the following:
The Butler Township Zoning Commission has received a request from Eric Grey to rezone certain property owned by 346 Property Investments, LLC along S.R. 219 to amend the zoning code to change certain property from A-1/R1 to C-1. The 19.39 acres is Parcel No. 02-014600.0304 in Butler Township and is contiguous to S.R. 219 and next to the Dollar General Store. The Commission will consider the request and hear public comment at that time. The application and survey for the proposal will be available for examination at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prior to the hearing. Upon completion of its review, the Commission will make a recommendation to the Township Trustees for its action.
