notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture has issued a final Permit to Operate renewal for Mark and Marie Osterholt Farm.
The final Permit may be appealed. The notice of Appeal and the filing fee as may be required must be sent to: The Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC), 30 East Broad Street 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, (614-466-8950) by 5:00 p.m. on May 3, 2024. Questions regarding the appeal process may be directed to ERAC. A copy of the appeal must be served on the director of agriculture within three days after filing the appeal with ERAC.

Section 1127:18 of the Zoning Code pertains to a Conditional Use for Expanded Home Operations such as Cosmetic Therapist. The applicant would like to provide services in an allotted space in her home for reflexology and electrology (permanent hair removal). The service is done by appointment only and for one client at a time, which would keep the area free of increased traffic congestion.
