An Arctic front will sweep east across the region between 5 AM and 9 AM. A few hours of snow showers and west wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will occur with the frontal passage. While any accumulations will generally be a half inch or less, some challenging travel conditions may develop given, rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities, strong wind and cold temperatures. These conditions will impact the morning commute. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Carl Luelleman
Carl W. Luelleman, 98, 816 W. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 11:42 a.m. July 12, 2006, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
He was born April 25, 1908, in New Bremen, to William and Ida Heinfeld Luelleman. On Nov. 1, 1958, he married Esther Hoffman, who is deceased.
Survivors are a brother, Richard (Ruth), New Bremen; and a sister, Catherine Grilliot, St. Marys.
Deceased are two sisters, Helen Quellhorst and Margaret McDermitt.
He retired from Beatrice Foods, New Bremen, were he was an electrician. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in European, African and Middle Eastern theatres.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the New Bremen Historical Museum.
