* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Glenn O. Roller
Former Celina resident Glenn O. Roller, 76, died July 13, 2006 at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born March 4, 1930, in Summit County, to Glenn M. and Flossie M. Brunni Roller. On Sept. 15, 1956, he married Ruthida Severns, who died on Jan. 5, 1995.
Surviving is a stepson, David (Glenda) Adams, Stapleton, Ala.; a sister, Kay (Richard) Bagley, Van Wert; a brother-in-law, Jack Speakman, Van Wert; companion, Helen Ralston, St. Marys; several stepgrandchildren; step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sisters, Jeanette Speakman, Louraine Smith and Vivian Huffman.
A member of The Lord's Church, Celina, he was retired from the U.S. Army on Nov. 1, 1970, having served in both Korea and Vietnam. He had operated a flea market in Ohio City.
He was a member of the Celina posts of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans, Ohio AMVETS, Korean War Veterans Association, the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Korean War Veterans Association., 2nd Infantry Division Association, the 2nd Infantry Division Korean War Veterans Alliance, the Vietnam Veterans of America and the Veterans of the Vietnam War.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Tomlinson Cemetery, Union Township, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Graveside military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 210 and VFW Post 5713.
There will be no calling.
W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
