* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Ryan Temple
Former Rockford resident, Ryan John Temple, 31, of Indianapolis, Ind., died at 9:56 a.m. July 14, 2006, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, where he was a patient.
He was born Feb. 6, 1975, to Rick D. and Deborah K. Taylor Temple, who survive in Rockford. On Sept. 13, 2003, he married Katie Cromer, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Kayla, at home; four brothers, Aaron (Courtney) and Joel, all of Rockford, Troy (Jamie), Ohio City, Jason, Camp Pendleton, San Diego, Calif.; maternal grandparents Mary Lou Taylor and John (Nancy) Taylor, all of Rockford.
He was a shipping supervisor for Stone Path Logistics, in Indianapolis, and a member of Rockford United Methodist Church.
Other clubs included, Rockford Fraternal Order of Eagles 1292, Sons of the American Legion Post 508, both of Rockford, and Eagles, Masons and Sons of the Legion, Indianapolis.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Randall Swanson officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
