Marcella Dock
Former Celina resident Marcella "Sally" Dock, 89, died Aug. 22, 2006, at Friendship Village, Kalamazoo, Mich.
She was born June 16, 1917, in Washington Township, to Donald and Nellie Dundon Hassan. On Dec. 24, 1939, she married Charles Frederick Dock, who died Oct. 22, 1982.
Survivors are a daughter, Ronda (Ed) Schaadt, Richland, Mich., a daughter-in-law, Barbara, Cincinnati; a brother, Lowell (Florence) Hassan, Coldwater; a sister, Juanita (Lowell) Gagle, Celina; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Larry, two sisters, Wanda (Howard) Axe and Thelma Stuehr.
She worked most of her life as a beautician and was employed at Frederick's Beauty Salon, Celina. She was a member of the Celina First Church of God.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home or after 10 a.m. Saturday.
