* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Alice Tobin
Alice A. Tobin, 78, 31 S. Canal St., Montezuma, died Sept. 11, 2006, at her residence.
She was born April 1, 1928, in Montezuma, to Loren and Margaret Burd Cencebaugh. On Dec. 5, 1946, she married John "Jack" Tobin, who survives.
Also surviving are a son Mark (Chris), Montezuma; two daughters: Penny (Lowell) Kissinger, Bradford, and Diane (Bob Huffman) Whitehead, Montezuma; a sister, Pam Sites, Rockford; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Bud Cencebaugh.
She was the head cook at Franklin School for 29 years. She attended Montezuma United Methodist Church and was a member of its Women's Society of Christian Service. She also was a member of the Ya Ya Sisterhood in Montezuma.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mercer Memory Gardens, the Rev. Bruce Crane, officiating. Following services a Celebration of Life will be held at the church.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice and Home Health or the church building fund.
