* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Southern Hardin County in west central Ohio... Northern Logan County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Thomas Criblez
Thomas L. Criblez, 61, of Fairborn, died the morning of Oct. 19, 2006, at his home following a battle with multiple sclerosis.
He was born June 7, 1945, in Bluffton, to Maurice and Mildred Parker Criblez, who both survive in Bluffton. On Dec. 19, 1965, he married Mary M. Moyer, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Linda (Arthur) Criblez Higbee, Key Biscayne, Fla., and Sally (Nicolas) Criblez Cannon, Kensington, Md.; a brother, Theodore (Renee), Bluffton; a sister, Ruth (Randall) Wilhelm, Fort Jennings; and a grandson.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He graduated from Bluffton High School, Ohio State University and held a Ph.D. in animal science with a focus on reproductive physiology from Purdue University.
Private services will be held at a later date. His body was donated to Wright State University for Multiple Sclerosis research.
