* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Fay Stiverson
Fay Delbert Stiverson, 84, 5309 Mud Pike, Celina, died at 3:12 a.m. Oct. 20, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 22, 1922, in Celina, to Porter and Eliza Lehman Stiverson. On May 26, 1946, he married Alberta Hoel, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Edson, Graford, Texas, John (Gail), Greenfield, Ind., and Cecil (Karla), Celina; a daughter, Dawn (Gail) Yates, Celina; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers Kenneth, Ottis Stiverson, and an infant; three sisters, Xenia McDaniels, Edna Heil and Norma Tigner; two granddaughters and a great-grandson.
He was a farmer and after 40 years retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., St. Marys. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army-Air Corps, serving during World War II. He was a member of the Grace Missionary Church, Celina and the National Rifle Association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Michael Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery, Celina, with military honors by the American Legion Post 210 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, both of Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
