Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Minnie Boatright
Minnie Rittie "Rita" Boatright, 83, 217 S. Sugar St., Celina, died at 11:10 a.m. Oct. 25, 2006, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 26, 1923, in Lee County, Va., to Henry J. and Roda Cathern Catron Sutton. On March 24, 1941, she married Joseph P. Boatright, who died Sept. 6, 1975.
Survivors are two sons, Paul (Gerlia), Middlesboro, Ky., and Jack (Jaqueline), St. Marys; three daughters, Kathleen (Gerald) Bauer, Marjorie (Terry) Garwood, and Regina (Tony) Faurot, all of Celina; two sisters, Ann McDonald, Ossian, Ind., and Maggie Sherrills, Rose Hill, Va.; 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Charles Dale; two brothers, Charles and Lewis Sutton; and four sisters, Ruby Daniels, Mary Chadwell and Stella and Gladys Sutton, who died in infancy.
She retired from the former Mersman Tables plant in Celina, and was a member of First Baptist Church, Celina, and its ladies choir.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
