Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Natasha Link
Natasha M. Link, 12, 2537 Stachler Road, Fort Recovery, died at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Dec. 27, 2006. Death was due to injuries sustained from an auto accident.
She was born May 13, 1994, in Coldwater, to Thomas and Sharon Hogan Link, who both survive.
Also surviving are a sister, Tonya, Fort Recovery, and grandparents, Aloys and Cleopha, Fort Recovery, and Robert and Shirley Hogan, Coldwater.
She was a seventh grader at Fort Recovery Middle School, where she was a football and basketball cheerleader. She was a member of the Fort Recovery Show Choir and Band. She was a member and server at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
