North Star native Anna Rita Huelskamp, 75, of Portland, Ind., died at 3:20 p.m. Dec. 31, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.

She was born May 17, 1931, in North Star, to Frank L. and Carrie C. Holthaus Griesdorn. On Oct. 9, 1952, she married Virgil B. Huelskamp, who died April 20, 1993.

Survivors are three sons, Gregg (Linda), Portland, Roger (Debra) and Mark (Sandy), all of St. Henry; two daughters, Terri (Lynn), Portland, and Lori (Michael) Huelsman, St. Henry; a brother, Paul Griesdorn, Osgood; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Griesdorn, Coldwater; 29 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Deceased are a son, Earl; a daughter, Sharon Fifer; a brother, David Griesdorn; and a sister, Marietta Griesdorn.

She was a volunteer at the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville; Our Lady's Rosary Markers, Louisville, Ky.; and Blue Army, Dayton. She was a graduate of Minster High School. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Ind.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Revs. David Hoying and Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at St. Anthony Cemetery.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Thursday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
