* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Charmaine Leach
Charmaine Leach, 77, 103 Dieker Place, St. Marys, died at 5:55 a.m. Dec. 31, 2006, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 29, 1929, in St. Marys, to Herschel and Edna Kellermeyer Russell. On March 25, 1950, she married the Rev. Carl Leach, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Russell (Anna), Medina; a sister, Fae Stienecker, St. Marys; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Brian and Bruce Leach and a sister, Lois Baumgardner.
She assisted in her husband's ministry in the Lutheran Church, having served at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Ypsilanti, Mich., and Trinity Lutheran Church, Bryan. She was a member Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys. She was a 1947 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and attended Defiance College.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Arrangements are by Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
