* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

James Bensman
James H. Bensman, 64, 04471 Bensman Road, Minster, died at 3 a.m. Feb. 2, 2007, at his home from a sudden illness.
He was born in Minster on July 9, 1942, to Lawrence and Rose Broering Bensman. On Sept. 28, 1973, he married Karen Heckman, who survives in Minster.
Also surviving are three sons, Dale (Samantha) and Randy, all of Minster, and Bill (Tiffany), Port Jefferson; four brothers, Ken (Pat), Larry (Mary) and Nick (Diane), all of New Bremen, and Charlie (Cindy), Sygnet; a sister, Judy McGlothen, St. Marys; and a brother-in-law, David Stammen, Rossburg.
Deceased is a sister, Barbara Stammen.
He was retired from Midmark, after working 43 years. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Knights of Columbus, Minster, and Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles #1391.
Funeral mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Neiberding officiating. Burial is at St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
