* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Robert Dorsten
Robert R. Dorsten, 84, 513 Echo St., Celina, died Feb. 1, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 31, 1922, in Montezuma to Rudolph and Olive Schwieterman Dorsten. On Oct. 11, 1945, he married Virginia Barther, who died April 6, 2003.
Survivors are two sons, Michael (Donna), Mount Gilead, and Dennis (June), Mendon; a brother, Clyde (Rosemary), Xenia; a sister, Lois Hemmelgarn, Philothea; a sister-in-law, Joyce, Dayton; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six brothers, Othmar, Carl, Cyril, Harold, Gerald and Ermal.
He was a retired plumber from Consolidated Plumbing & Heating, working for 25 years, and a retired Mercer County maintenance employee, working for 10 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina, and a 1941 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. Larry Hemmelgarn and Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
