* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Barbara Chilcoat
Barbara Chilcoat, 67, 218 Eastowne Drive, Wapakoneta, died at 10:56 p.m. Feb. 4, 2007, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born June 4, 1939, in Toledo, to Robert and Grace Marie Wertz Orwig. She married Lowell T. Chilcoat, Sr., who died May 20, 1998.
Survivors are three sons, Lowell (Cindy) and Johnny, all of Wapakoneta, and Otis (Tammy), Van Wert; three daughters, Minnie Marie Clevenger, Wapakoneta, Beverly Ballard, Hobbs, N.M., and Ginger (Harold) Nalley, Paducah,Ky.; four brothers, Ronnie Orwig, Rudolph, Frank Orwig and Jerry (Sally) Orwig, Pensacola, Fla., and Richard (Americus) Orwig, Tucson, Ariz.; two sisters, Lee Merritt, Swanton, and Patricia (Richard) Owens, Perrysburg; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Benny, and a brother, Jack Orwig.
She worked at Koneta Rubber Co., Superior Tube Corp., Fisher Cheese Co. and Hub Room Restaurant and was a member of Eagles Lodge Auxiliary #691, all in Wapakoneta.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial to follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
