Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.

A Celina city snowplow clears West Livingston Street this morning. Crews had a difficult time keeping roads cleared as high winds blew snow and created large drifts.
