* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

David Bigelow
David E. Bigelow, 74, of Rockford, died April 6, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 14, 1933, in St. Marys, to Elwood and Gustie Barnes Bigelow.
Surviving are two sons, Bruce (Marina), Van Wert, and James (Lita), Columbus; five daughters, Karin (Pete) DeLaurentis, Columbus, Barbara Peggs, Montezuma, Laurie (Larry) Feltz, Maria Stein, Sarah (Christopher) Thorn, Perrysburg, and Rebekah Yakubovitch, Corbin, Ky.; a daughter-in-law, Rita, St. Marys; three brothers, Jerry, Rockford, Richard (Willa), Sweetwater, Tenn., and Rex (Jan), Troy; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Douglas.
He retired from General Telephone Company and had retired in 2006 from the village of Rockford. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of Praise Point United Brethren Church, Willshire, and the National Rifle Association.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mark Rutlegde officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
