* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Blanche Broyles
Blanche M. Broyles, 81, 03954 Rainbow Drive, St. Marys, died at 10:20 p.m. April 6, 2007, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born May 13, 1925, in Chicago, Ill., to Francis and Frances Sklenar Dolejs. On May 11, 1946, she married Robert E. Broyles, who died Dec. 21, 1998.
Surviving are a son, William J., Fort Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Diane (Robert) Ashton, Lima; six grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Frank Dolejs.
She was a licensed real estate broker and graduate of Farragut Academy, Chicago, Ill., and Wright State University, Dayton. She was a member of New Community Church, St. Marys, and Tri-Squares Western Square Dance Club.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
