* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Victoria Eilerman
Victoria Mary Eilerman, 84, state Route 705, Sidney, died April 5, 2007.
She was born Dec. 28, 1922, in Fort Loramie, to William and Emma Winner Poeppelman. On June 14, 1944, she married Paul W. Eilerman, who died Dec. 23, 2004.
Surviving are six sons, Dick (Janice), Dan (Rose), Don (Margie), Phil (Carolyn) and Tony (Patty), all of Fort Loramie, and Steve (Helene), New Bremen; a daughter, Linda (Jerry) Platfoot, Degraff; a brother, Elmer (Verona) Poeppelman, New Bremen; three sisters, Mary (Lindy) Hoying, Fort Loramie, Hilda (Delbert) Francis, Russia, and Kathleen Mestemaker, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Jean Poeppelman, Fort Loramie; 26 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Norbert, Herbert and Edward Poeppelman; a brother-in-law, Jack Mestemaker; two sisters-in-law, Pauline and Dorothy Poeppelman; and a grandchild.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, and its St. Ann's Rosary Alter Society, Catholic Ladies of Columbia and Shelby County Senior Citizens.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
