Marie Eilerman
Marie H. Eilerman, 91, of Sidney, died at 8:00 a.m. August 4, 2007, at Fair Haven County Home, Sidney.
She was born Dec. 14, 1915, in Egypt, to Fred and Katherine Poeppelman Bruns. On Feb. 19, 1941, she married Albert J. Eilerman, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Kenneth (Luella), Fort Loramie, and Ronald (Susanna) Sidney; five daughters, Judy (Robert) Grieshop, Yorkshire, Mary (Jerry) Brulport, Sidney, Barbara (Doug) Shappie, Russia, Sharon (John) Sims, Plain City, and Edna Eilerman, Minster; three sister-in-law, Margaret Bruns, Egypt, and Leona and Viola Bruns, Coldwater; 23 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Alfred, and an infant son, James; four brothers, two sisters-in-law; and a grandchild.
She was a homemaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Newport, and Christian Ladies of Columbia.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at St. Patrick Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
