Charlene Fannon
Charlene Fannon, 78, formerly of 902 Kimberly Drive, St. Marys, died at 8:45 a.m., August 4, 2007, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born April 7, 1929, in Wapakoneta, to Carl and Rosella Meyer Weimert. On April 2, 1948, she married Otis Fannon Jr., who survives.
Other survivors are, a son, Jeff (Holly), Sidney; three daughters, Sandra (Roger) Wiehe and Pamela (Tom) Stoker, all of Celina, and Sharon ((William) Woodburn, Riegelwood, N.C.; a son-in-law, Tim Collins, Sunset Harbor, N.C.; two brothers, Thomas and Donald (Janet) Weimert, all of St. Marys; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Patricia Collins; two brothers, Richard and Robert Weimert; three grandsons and a great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker and member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and its Altar Sodality. She was a 1947 graduate of St. Joseph High School, Wapakoneta.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in rural St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Contributions can be made to the church or St. Peter's Neurological Center, Burkettsville.
