* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Daniel Kneisley
Daniel L. Kneisley, 53, of Bluffton, died Nov. 23, 2007, at his home. Death is undetermined.
He was born May 4, 1954, in Marion, to James L. and Doris Long Kneisley. His father survives in Findlay, and his mother is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen C., Scottsdale, Ariz., and Kristy L. (Andrew Sr.) Cole, Fort Recovery; a brother, Kenneth E., Marion; a sister, Myrna J., Lima; and two grandchildren.
He was a volunteer firefighter for the city of Bluffton.
There are no services or calling hours at the family's request. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
