* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Joanne Dicke
Joanne Dicke, 70, 5530 Botkins Road, New Knoxville, died at 1:16 p.m. Dec. 2, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born June 16, 1937, in St. Marys, to LeRoy and Ethel Kohler Wibbeler. On Aug. 3, 1957, she married Roger Dicke, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Ned (Kerri), New Knoxville, and Dave (Terri), New Bremen; a daughter, Ellen (Alan) Frey, Wapakoneta; a brother, Paul (Barbara) Wibbeler, St. Marys; and six grandchildren.
She was a homemaker. A 1955 graduate of the former Blume High School, Wapakoneta, she was a member of Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen, Gideon's International and the Alliance Women.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Dean Greenwood officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to Gideon's International.
Arrangements are being handled by Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.
