* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Armetha Hawk
Armetha Hawk, 94, of Mendon, died Dec. 1, 2007, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born March 2, 1913, in Mendon, to Edgar A. and Bertha L. Wilson Nolan. On Oct. 31, 1936, she married Walter Reid Hawk, who died March 25, 1995.
Survivors are a son, Larry (Diana), Celina; a daughter, Beverly (Jim) Blount, Rockford; two sisters, Hollies (Willard) Dilbone, Mendon, and June (Paul) Schott, New Bremen; three grandchildren, a foster grandchild, four great-grandchildren and two foster great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Delbert Nolan; and two sisters, Catherine Engle and Dolly Nolan.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Glenn Masser officiating. Burial is at Tomlinson Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
