* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Justin Bryiant
Justin W. Bryiant, 23, West Lake Village, Minster, died at 4:22 p.m. Dec. 4, 2007, in a triple-fatality accident on Interstate 75 near Wapakoneta.
He was born Nov. 21, 1984, in Prince Frederick, Md., to Steven and Mary Beth Larger Homan. His father survives in Tipp City and his mother and stepfather, Kevin Homan, survive in Anna.
Other survivors are two brothers, Andrew, Edmund, Okla., and Kenny, at home; two sisters, Amanda (Rick) Brubaker, Sidney, and Audrey, at home; grandparents, LeRoy and Rosie Larger, Botkins, and William Bryiant, Piqua; a stepgrandmother, Dolores Homan, McCartyville; and a companion, Traci Woehrmyer.
Deceased is a grandmother, Mary Lee Bryiant; and a stepgrandfather, Aloys Homan.
He worked at Time Warner Cable Co., Dayton. He was a 2003 graduate of Anna High School and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Welsh officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
