* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Glenn Kremer
New Bremen native Glenn J. Kremer, 56, of Roanoke, Va., died Nov. 20, 2007, at his home. Death was due to cancer.
He was born April 6, 1951, in New Bremen, to Felix and Barbara Kremer, who are deceased. On March 28, 1974, he married Linda Frey, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Brent (Beth), of Charlotte, N.C., and Ryan, Roanoke; a daughter, Felicia (Bobby) Beckwith, Moneta, Va.; three brothers, Ronald (Rita), New Bremen, Roger (Betty), Jackson, Mich., and Dale (Sandy), Oak Harbor; a sister, Phyllis Rose, New Bremen; and a grandson.
He retired from an accounting/finance profession and in 2003 he and his wife opened an Alphagraphics business center in Roanoke. He was a 1969 graduate of New Bremen High School.
A funeral Mass was held Monday at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church, Roanoke.
Arrangements were handled by Oakey's South Chapel, Roanoke.
