A terrible shooting night spelled doom for the Celina boys basketball team in the Western Buckeye League opener of the season for both teams.
Celina shot just 35 percent from the floor and Wapakoneta took advantage as the Redskins downed the Bulldogs 55-51 at the Fieldhouse on Friday night.

Bath outscored St. Marys 13-9 in the final period to come away with a 42-39 win in the WBL opener for both teams at Bath Gymnasium on Friday. The Wildcats go to 3-2 on the season while St. Marys falls to 0-3 with the loss.
